You may remember the Hellrazors as the premier team of the first roller derby league in NJ, the NJ Dirty Dames. The Hellrazors are now an independent team, not part of any league. We are a team of talented skaters, committed to playing hard but fair WFTDA roller derby. We are committed to practicing, scrimmaging and skating in bouts. We believe in roller derby and most importantly teamwork.

The New Jersey Hellrazors are a roller derby team located in the New Brunswick, NJ area. In a state that is known for taking punches, a group of hard-skating women have formed and are ready to fight back. The New Jersey Hellrazors are representing our area in travel bouting.

The New Jersey Hellrazors includes women representing all walks of life - from students to mothers to wives to everything in between - yet all maintain the same underlying spirit: that of a Warrior, a Woman, and a Winner.

The New Jersey Hellrazors are a by the skaters, for the skaters organization and honor the WFTDA rules and regulations . The women of The New Jersey Hellrazors can be seen all over at events, bouts, and more.


ABOUT THE WFTDA
Founded in 2004, the WFTDA (Women's Flat Track Derby Association) promotes and fosters the sport of women's flat track derby by facilitating the development of athletic ability, sportswomanship, and goodwill among member leagues. The governing philosophy is "by the skaters, for the skaters." Women skaters are primary owners, managers, and operators of each member league and of the association. Operational tasks include setting standards for rules, seasons, and safety, and determining guidelines for the national and international athletic competitions of member leagues.
